Why I started this
I spent much of my career teaching and helping people communicate better. Then AI arrived, and I realised I had a choice — ignore it, or dive in and figure out how it could genuinely improve life for people like me. I chose to dive in. Now I share everything I learn, from staying healthier for longer, to earning an income online, to making sense of technology that can feel overwhelming.
