What Wise With Age covers

Nutrition

Which everyday foods support muscle strength, bone health, and nerve function after 60 — and simple ways to include them without overhauling your diet.

Staying active

Gentle, practical movement advice for people who want to stay mobile and independent — without gym memberships or complicated exercise programmes.

Mental sharpness

Practical habits and approaches for keeping your mind active, focused, and engaged as you get older — because aging well is as much mental as it is physical.

Technology

How to use AI and everyday technology to make life easier, stay connected, and open up new possibilities — explained clearly for people who did not grow up with it.

Why I started Wise With Age

I did not set out to create a health channel. I set out to answer questions I was asking myself — about what I should actually be eating, how to stay strong without punishing myself, and how to make sense of the avalanche of contradictory advice online.

What I found was that most of the useful information was buried under marketing, complexity, or advice aimed at people twenty years younger. So I started pulling it together myself — reading the research, testing the ideas, and sharing what actually worked in plain English.

I am not a doctor or a nutritionist. I am a 66-year-old Englishman who needed this information and could not find it presented clearly anywhere. That is the whole point of Wise With Age — real advice, from someone living it, for people who are done with complicated.
